Description:
Your day begins at a must-visit location in Majorca, the Lluc Monastery nestled at the bottom of a valley in the Sierra de Tramuntana, in an exceptional natural environment.
The site, occupied since prehistoric times, as evidenced by the nearby Cometa del Morts cave, was known to the Romans as "Lucus" (Lluc), a "sacred wood" housing a pagan temple.
We will unveil the mysteries of the grand pilgrims' square, the stables, the basilica, the naturalist garden, and the singing school in operation since the 16th century.
You'll enjoy delicious traditional Majorcan cuisine in the monastery restaurant. Then, hidden in the depths of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Sa Calobra (the snake) awaits you. It is the most impressive natural site in Majorca.
The road under the shade of Puig Major, which rises to 1445 meters above sea level, is considered one of the most spectacular in Spain and even the world, with breathtaking landscapes around every twist and turn, and ravines. Your guide will take you to explore Calobra and its torrent, where the force of natural elements has sculpted the stone, creating caves, chasms... an incredible sight.
Afterward, enjoy a refreshing swim and some relaxation on the beach, and if you wish, snorkel in the crystal-clear waters teeming with fish.
